- 6oz/ 170g hulled, quartered strawberries
- 1tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2tbsp vanilla yoghurt
- 1tbsp milk
- 1 pouch of apple and strawberry Crushed
Combine strawberries and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Using a fine sieve, strain the mixture into a bowl. Add the yoghurt, milk and Crushed pouch and whisk until smooth.
